The health and safety of all our customers & drivers at Connect cars & Taxis is our highest priority.
We will remain open to public until an official statement from the Government forbids us to do so as we aim to aid all Key Workers to travel to and from work when needed.
As part of our industry we have no choice but to interact with the public and in doing so we are taking all the advice given to us seriously and applying it as directed.
This includes:
- Drivers to carry and use hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes and comply with Government advice on washing hands with hot soapy water at regular intervals.
- Door handles, seat belts will be thoroughly wiped with antibacterial wipes on a regular basis.
- We advise that single passengers sit in the rear of the vehicle behind the front passenger seat to maximise the distance between themselves and the driver.
Due to the nature of this national emergency, we may have fewer drivers working than normal and we thank you for your patience and understanding at this difficult time.
