Filey Bay Oloroso Sherry Single Cask #904 Cask Strength Yorkshire Single Malt Whisky｜ Other Products

Filey Bay Oloroso Sherry Cask #904 is a single-cask, cask-strength release from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery in Hunmanby, the first working whisky distillery in Yorkshire. Founded in 2016 by farmer Tom Mellor with guidance from the late Dr. Jim Swan, the distillery grows all its barley on the family farm and distills every drop on site, a true field-to-bottle English single malt.Drawn from one Oloroso sherry cask and bottled at 118.4 proof (59.2% ABV), non-chill-filtered and naturally colored, in a 700mL bottle, it offers rich, warm sherry notes of dried fruit, fig and date with a delicate floral lift on the nose, then velvety caramel, toffee and dark fruit on a full-bodied palate with subtle oak and spice, finishing long, sweet and gently spicy. Whiskey Fellow praised Filey Bay's sherry casks for their depth. A limited one-cask bottling for collectors of new-world whisky.Buy Filey Bay Oloroso Sherry Single Cask #904 Cask Strength Yorkshire Single Malt Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
