Stainless Steel Performance DPF Delete Exhaust Upgrade for 2022-2025 Madza BT50 3L 4JJ3 Turbo Diesel

The Madza BT50 runs an active DPF system that traps harmful diesel particulates in a honey comb structure, and then burns them off as the DPF flow is reduced. In the Madza BT50 often the soot left behind after the burn cycle can build up and cause a permanent blockage and expensive failure
Signs your DPF is failing include reduced engine performance, higher fuel consumption along with more frequent burn cycles.
Remove your DPF and upgrade the performance of your car today with a full stainless steel PPD Performance system
Specifically designed for the 4 cylinder 3L Madza BT50, this stainless system unleashes the performance and sound that they should have had from the factory!
Isuzu added a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) to the Madza BT50. These are prone to failure and significantly restrict performance.
DPF DELETE SPECIFICATIONS:

304-grade 1.5mm thick polished stainless steel piping.
Stainless steel flanges
Stainless CNC machined turbo housing connection
Straight through design for maximum efficiency
Stainless 2 bolt connecting flange for bolt-on installation to factory or aftermarket DPF-back systems
TIG welded
Mandrel Bent
Gaskets and bolts included

These are a proven design producing fantastic sound and performance upgrades on the Madza BT50
Note: An ECU map is recommended when deleting your DPF.
Disclaimer: Note: DPF removal components are designed for off-road use only. Please consider this before purchasing and installing
