Takashi Kokubo: Oasis Of The Wind II - A Story Of Forest And Water Vinyl 2LP｜ Other Products

"Takashi Kokubo is one of Japan’s leading ambient composers and sound designers, known for creating sounds such as the Emergency Earthquake Warning alert and the iD payment sound. Among the works released in the 1990s as part of the Ion series, the especially popular title 'Kaze no Oasis II -Mori to Mizu no Monogatari-' is finally being reissued. Kokubo has also attracted renewed attention in recent years for his participation in a Grammy-nominated compilation focused on Japanese ambient and new age music. This work has also undergone a major reappraisal in the digital era, recording several million plays online and earning strong support from ambient listeners around the world. The rustling of the forest, the murmuring of water, and soft, expansive electronic sounds. Its sound world feels as if you have wandered deep into a forest, quietly nourishing both the listener’s heart and surrounding space. Experience music like forest bathing in this era." - Teichiku Entertainment
