Absolut Raspberry — Raspberri on the label — launched in 2004, and it's the flavor behind a generation of pink cocktails that didn't need a liqueur. Made in Åhus, Sweden, where Absolut has distilled since 1879 — continuous column distillation of locally grown winter wheat with water from the village's deep well — it's flavored with natural raspberry and no added sugar, bottled at 40% ABV. That no-sugar rule is what separates it from the berry schnapps it shares a shelf with: the raspberry reads like fresh fruit, tart and bright, rather than jam. Expect a vivid nose of just-picked raspberries with a faint floral lift, opening into a smooth, clean palate where the fruit's tartness leads over the wheat base's soft roundness, finishing crisp and dry with lingering berry. Drink Lab names Raspberri among the flavors that often do the job when a cocktail wants fruit. It's built for a Raspberry Cosmopolitan, a Raspberri Collins with lemon and soda, a French Martini riff, a raspberry Mule, a Bramble-style vodka drink, or a pink lemonade spike on a hot afternoon. Honest note: it's a flavored vodka, and purists should reach for the original or Elyx. The 18th-century medicine-bottle shape with pink-red lettering. Swedish wheat, real berries, zero sugar — the bottle behind every raspberry drink on a bar menu for two decades.Buy Absolut Raspberry Vodka online with fast shipping right to your door.
