Electronic Accessories ｜All-Weather Electronic Ignition System (AWEIS) by American Fire Products

Rugged reliability meets effortless ignition—even in the harshest weather. The American Fire Products All-Weather Electronic Ignition System (AWEIS) is built to deliver powerful, consistent flame performance for outdoor fire features that demand more. Designed for natural gas setups, this heavy-duty system brings peace of mind to every ignition with smart safety features and weatherproof durability. With the push of a button, the system’s 24 VAC power activates a hot surface igniter to light the pilot flame. Once lit, a thermopile senses the heat and signals the main gas valve—delivering a smooth transition to a full, vibrant flame. If the flame goes out, no problem—it will automatically shut off and re-ignite without you lifting a finger. All of this is securely housed in a 316 marine-grade stainless steel control box, engineered to thrive in high winds, heavy rain, and extreme outdoor conditions. It’s performance you can count on—season after season. Looking for smart ignition control with battle-tested toughness? This AWEIS system is your go-to solution.
