The Third-Generation XMOS 16-Core XU-316The AL200 is capable of direct sampling of PCM digital audio up to 32bit/768kHz without the need to down sample. It also supports native DSD playback up to DSD 256 without conversion.
5 PCM FiltersA filter is a step in converting PCM digital audio to an analog signal. It mainly acts on high-frequency signals after about 20khz. The 5 modes of AL200 are shown in the figure below, and they only work on digital input.
Integrated Headphone OutputOn the front panel, a 6.35mm TRS headphone jack is provided, capable of delivering significant power output. The volume control for headphones and passive speakers are separate, adjusting one will not affect the other.
