Made in Mexico City by Casa Diega, it's built on a strict rule: every botanical is sourced from the Flor de la Paz Foundation, grown 100% free of agrochemicals and pesticides, respecting the cycles of the soil through organic techniques. Rosa infuses that clean juniper base with fresh strawberry, rose petals, and lavender, giving the gin a delicate, bright pink color and a soft, aromatic character, bottled at 40% ABV.
