Special Price｜ Other Products ｜Optrel Softhood Long Grey PAPR Hood

The Optrel Softhood Long Grey is a full-coverage powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) hood designed for respiratory and face protection in dusty, dirty, and particulate-heavy industrial environments.
When paired with the Optrel e3000X blower system, the hood creates a positive-pressure breathing environment that helps prevent contaminated air from entering the respiratory zone. It is specifically intended for non-toxic applications involving dust, aerosols, and spray mist.
The Long version provides additional coverage over the neck and shoulders, making it ideal for applications with elevated dust exposure where extra protection is desired.

Key Features

Unlike the short version, the Long Softhood extends over the neck and shoulder area for additional protection.
Benefits include:

Greater protection in dusty environments
Improved containment of filtered airflow
Better coverage for clothing and exposed skin
Enhanced comfort during prolonged exposure to airborne particles

Positive Pressure Respiratory Protection
When connected to the Optrel e3000X PAPR system, the Softhood uses positive pressure to help prevent contaminants from entering the breathing zone.

TH3 respiratory protection classification when used with the e3000X system

Panoramic Anti-Fog Visor
The integrated clear visor provides excellent visibility for detailed work.
