Small Hand Foods Ginger Syrup is the fresh-pressed alternative to the watered-down, artificial ginger syrups that dominate the market — and the difference in a Moscow Mule or Dark & Stormy is immediately obvious. Founded by San Francisco bartender Jennifer Colliau with a commitment to whole, natural ingredients free of additives, Small Hand Foods presses fresh ginger themselves and sweetens it with organic cane sugar for a superior ginger experience that commercial products simply can't match. The heat is genuine and assertive without being overwhelming — the kind of spicy, aromatic ginger character that comes from real root rather than extract or concentrate. The nose is all fresh ginger root with bright citrus undertones, while the palate delivers a clean, natural ginger heat with just enough sweetness to balance without dulling the spice. Use it in a Moscow Mule for immediate impact, a Dark & Stormy for the perfect ginger backbone, a Penicillin for a refined cocktail application, or a Mule Punch for a crowd. Zero artificial flavors, zero shortcuts. Shop Small Hand Foods Ginger Syrup online with fast shipping right to your door.
