GlenAllachie Wine Series 2012 Cuvée Cask Finish Speyside Single Malt Scotch｜ Other Products

GlenAllachie Wine Series 2012 Cuvée Cask Finish is a vintage-dated release from master distiller Billy Walker's wine-cask program, in which Speyside malt distilled in 2012 is finished in casks that held cuvée wine. Walker, the industry veteran who revived BenRiach and GlenDronach before buying GlenAllachie, built near Aberlour in 1967, from Chivas Brothers in 2017, has made cask finishing the distillery's calling card.Bottled non-chill-filtered and naturally colored in a 700mL bottle, it opens with ripe red fruit, cherry and raspberry mingling with vanilla, honey and a subtle floral note on the nose, then a luxurious palate of luscious red berries, honeyed oak and delicate spice that evolves into dark chocolate and citrus zest, finishing rich and velvety with lingering wine-cask warmth. A limited vintage release for collectors and fans of wine-finished Scotch.Buy GlenAllachie Wine Series 2012 Cuvée Cask Finish Speyside Single Malt Scotch online with fast shipping right to your door.
