This bundle pairs the MRCOOL® DIY-MULTI4-27HP230D-O 27K class 4-zone condenser with one 6,000 BTU wall-mounted air handler and one 18,000 BTU wall-mounted air handler. That makes it a strong choice when you need to condition one smaller room and one larger space at the same time. The 6K air handler is ideal for small bedrooms, offices, nurseries, guest rooms, or spaces up to 200 square feet, while the 18K air handler is built for larger rooms up to 800 square feet, including living rooms, master bedrooms, garages, workshops, finished basements, bonus rooms, apartments, ADUs, and open areas.
The biggest advantage is simple: this is a true DIY® mini split system. The included 16 ft MRCOOL® DIY® QuickConnect® pre-charged line sets come factory sealed with R-454B refrigerant already inside. That means no vacuum pump, no gauges, no refrigerant charging, and no complicated HVAC tools for the line set connection. You mount the equipment, connect the pre-charged lines, and have a licensed electrician complete the electrical hookup.
