   One popular option is the Economy E35 electric floor fryer designed by Pitco, with thermostatic controls. This whole unit is easy to operate, and will provide you with large amounts of goodies to serve your customers. The tank, front, door, sides, and side splashes, are all constructed of stainless-steel and it stands on 6" adjustable legs. A set of twin fry baskets per fry pot is included. Then when you're not cooking, you can put those baskets up on the basket hanger. The basket hanger is removable.
 
   The thermostatic controls can be set anywhere between 200 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. This includes a temperature limit switch that will shut off all the heaters if the fryer temperatures exceed a safe limit. This fryer is designed with a fixed heating element to eliminate oil migration through pivot components. This design creates a safer working environment by keeping the hot elements in the tank.
 
nbsp;  This unit is electric, the burners are inside the oil and this makes them more efficient than using a gas fryer. It distributes heat quicker and more evenly throughout the fry pot, and will prove a speedier recovery time. When it is time for cleaning and you have to replace the oil, a 1-1/4" full port drain valve will assist you. A fryer cleaning brush and a drain line clean out rod are included.
