CAK84 - 8 Gauge 4 Channel Amplifier Kit
Upgrade your car audio system with the Cerwin-Vega CAK84 8 Gauge 4 Channel Amplifier Kit, a complete amplifier installation solution designed for high-performance car audio systems and multi-channel amplifier setups. Built with Cerwin-Vega’s trusted engineering and premium components, this amplifier wiring kit provides everything needed to power your system with reliability, efficiency, and professional-grade performance.
The Cerwin-Vega CAK84 amplifier connection kit features 8 gauge Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) power wiring, designed to maximize electrical conductivity while minimizing voltage loss. This ensures your amplifier receives stable power delivery, allowing your system to produce tight bass, clear midrange, and detailed high frequencies without distortion. Whether you're upgrading a factory system or installing a new aftermarket amplifier, this kit provides dependable performance for your audio upgrade.
Included in the kit is a 17-foot matte red 8 gauge power wire with ring termination, allowing convenient routing from your vehicle’s battery to the amplifier. A 3-foot matte black 8 gauge ground wire, also ring terminated, ensures a secure grounding point to reduce electrical noise and maintain stable system performance.
For signal transmission, the kit includes a 17-foot Cerwin-Vega VEGA Series 4-channel RCA interconnect cable, engineered with dual twisted pair construction to minimize electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI). This design ensures clean, accurate signal transfer between your head unit and amplifier for high-quality audio reproduction.
To complete the installation, the kit includes 20 feet of 16-gauge speaker wire, allowing easy speaker connections throughout the vehicle. A 17-foot 18-gauge remote turn-on wire is also included to allow the amplifier to power on automatically when the head unit is activated.
For safety and system protection, the kit includes a durable AGU fuse holder with a 60A fuse, helping protect your amplifier and electrical system from overload or short circuits.
