Details of Everyday Pick｜Mainland 8 Year California Rum｜ Other Products

Product Type: Rum
Size: 750mL
Proof: 128
Region: California
Description: Mainland 8 Year California Rum is a rare single-cask American rum distilled from molasses and aged eight years in ex-bourbon barrels along the temperate California coast. Bottled at full barrel strength, this limited release delivers a refined yet powerful profile with aromas of vanilla bean, toasted oak, caramelized sugar, and hints of dried citrus. The palate is rich and layered, offering notes of brown butter, molasses, roasted almond, baking spice, and soft tropical undertones supported by warm, structured oak. The finish is long, smooth, and complex, lingering with caramel, spice, and gentle barrel char. A standout expression for collectors and fans of mature, high-proof American rum.
