Long-Lasting｜ Other Products ｜Baker's 7 Year Single Barrel High Rye Bourbon Limited Release

Baker's 7 Year Single Barrel High Rye Bourbon is a limited release from Jim Beam that doubles the rye in the standard Baker's mashbill, from 13% to 26%, and honors Baker Beam's years hauling grain to the distillery. Each bottle comes from a single barrel aged seven years and is bottled at 53.5% ABV (107 proof).Drinkhacker rated it a B+ and called it "quite a different animal than your rack Baker's 7," with aggressive spice, herbs and dusty oak on the nose, a heavily spiced cherry cola note sliding into sarsaparilla and root beer on the palate, creamy peanut and almond under rosemary, thyme and peppery cilantro, and an oily sesame sweetness on the finish. For fans of high-rye bourbons like Four Roses and Old Grand-Dad, this is Beam's most rye-forward statement in years, and a collectible single-barrel bottle.Buy Baker's 7 Year Single Barrel High Rye Bourbon online with fast shipping right to your door.
