Apologue Celery Root Liqueur is a savory botanical liqueur from Apologue Liqueurs in Chicago, the craft producer that builds each bottle around one ingredient sourced from Midwest farms and foragers. Celery root (celeriac) is the star here, its earthy, herbal flavor supported by a blend of botanicals and a touch of citrus. It is bottled at 37% ABV in a 750ml bottle, strong enough to anchor a cocktail on its own.The liqueur pours pale gold with an aroma of fresh celery root, green herbs and citrus. On the palate the natural sweetness of celery root is balanced by herbal undertones and a velvety texture, finishing clean and savory. It is a natural in a Bloody Mary, a Gimlet or a martini in place of dry vermouth, and it makes a fascinating spritz with tonic and a lemon twist. A must-have for the savory cocktail fan.Buy Apologue Celery Root Liqueur online with fast shipping right to your door.
