Jin Jiji Darjeeling India Dry Gin is a small-batch expression from the Goa-based Jin Jiji brand, built around top-grade Darjeeling tea (Finest Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe 1) from single-origin estates. Inspired by masala chai, it adds ginger, cardamom, clove and Indian lemon peel to the core recipe of Himalayan juniper, tulsi, cashew nut, chamomile and black tea, distilled on a copper pot still and bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof). The result is silky and aromatic, with steeped black tea, baking spice and citrus zest over juniper, and an earthy, lingering tea-and-juniper finish. The Jin Jiji brand has picked up a Gold at the World Spirits Competition (2020) and Silvers at the IWSC (2021) and Spirits Selection (2022). It makes a memorable G&T with a slice of orange, and a beautiful hot toddy in winter.Buy Jin Jiji Darjeeling India Dry Gin online with fast shipping right to your door.
